NEWS FROM AUSTRALIA

Bert Hunter (Clan Officer, Australia) and his brother Ted organised a family picnic for descendants of their great-grandfather, Henry Hope Hunter, who arrived in New South Wales in 1838. The turnout was excellent, with relatives coming from near and far, and was such good fun it is hoped that the picnic will be held each year to keep the family in touch.

RONALD AND PATRICIA HUNTER with their Cairn Terrier, Tulla, at their home in Hove, East Sussex, England, following Ronald's Investiture as President of The Brighton, Hove and District Scottish Association, which is one of the oldest Scottish associations on the South Coast. Ronald became a clan member in February 1984.
