YOUNG CLAN MEMBER'S PROJECTS

Helen Nielle Hunter-Hill, who is in the sixth grade, entered a project for Social Science Fair on the subject of her family name, Hunter. Her project was so successful it took first prize in the local school, city district finals, and she achieved third place in the Regional Fair at Georgia Southern University in the winter of 1988. She is the daughter of Tom and Cheryl Hunter-Clemens of Savannah, Georgia.

Steven Sheirer, as a class project, made a large shield. He is seen below with the shield, the Chief and his wife, and children from the Mars Middlesex Elementary School with their teacher Mrs. Nancy Gnade.
